These delicious chicken wings are packed with flavors of citrus from our Lemon Garlic seasoning with a hint of spice from our Mild Aleppo creates for the most perfect juicy wings. everyone will love!
For the Lemon Garlic Wings -
1 1/2 Lbs. of Chicken wings
3 Tbsp of unsalted butter
1 Tsp of Lemon Garlic seasoning, Mom Cave Foods
1 Tsp of Mild Aleppo Pepper, Mom Cave Foods
1/2 of a lemon, squeezed
1 1/2 cups of Water
Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
In a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of water and 3 Tbsp of salt, and stir together. Then, add 1 1/2 pounds of chicken wings into the saltwater mixture, allowing the moisture to absorb into the wings for 15 minutes, creating juicier wings.
Toss out the salt water and run the wings through cold water to rinse. Place the wings into a separate bowl, squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top, then add 1 Tsp of Lemon Garlic, 1 Tsp of Mild Aleppo pepper, and salt to taste, then mix the wings with your hands, to incorporate all seasonings.
Place a large pan on medium heat, allow the heat to absorb for 3-4 minutes, then add 3 Tbsp of butter, let it melt for 1 minute, proceed by individually adding the chicken wings onto the hot pan, making sure to create space in between. Cook for 5 minutes untouched, then flip the wings onto the other side. Add 1 Tbsp of butter on top of the chicken, cook for 4 more minutes then remove the pan from heat. Place wings onto a cooling rack and allow at least 5 minutes to cool. Place the juicy lemon garlic wings on a serving plate, top with freshly chopped parsley, and enjoy!
