Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

Salmon coated with our Fish Please & French Tarragon Mustard seasoning, glazed with honey mustard creates a sweet yet earthy flavor combination, that will have your taste buds thanking you!

Ingredients

For the salmon-

12 Oz skin-on Atlantic Salmon (2 pieces)
4 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp unsalted Butter
1 Tsp Fish Please seasoning, Mom Cave Foods
2 Tsp French Tarragon Mustard seasoning, Mom Cave Foods Salt

For the Honey Mustard sauce-

3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

2 1/2 Tbsp of Honey
1 Tsp of Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp of French Tarragon Mustard seasoning, Mom Cave Foods

Directions

Step 1

Place 2 pieces of Atlantic Salmon, skin side down onto a board, start by adding 1 Tsp of olive oil to each piece, coating the salmon. Then, sprinkle 1/2 Tsp of Fish Please seasoning, 1 Tsp of French Tarragon Mustard, and salt to taste and use fingers to rub seasoning into the salmon in a circular motion, including the skin, repeat the same process for the second piece then set fish aside to prepare the honey mustard sauce. Start by combining 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise, 2 1/2 Tbsp of honey, 1 Tsp of Dijon Mustard, and 1/2 tsp of French tarragon mustard, mix until ingredients are well combined then set aside.

Step 2

Place a medium-sized pan on medium heat with 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil, allow olive oil to warm up for 3 minutes, then place salmon skin side down onto the hot pan, leave for 4 minutes then flip to sear the other side, and add 1 Tbsp of butter into the pan, cook for 3 minutes then remove salmon from pan and allow 5 minutes to rest.

Step 3

Place Salmon onto a baking tray, and brush the honey mustard mixture onto the salmon, coating it twice. Then, on high Broil place into the oven for 5-7 minutes, until a golden color has developed at the top. Place the Honey Mustard Salmon onto a serving plate, along with rice and asparagus topped with our sour lemon pepper, then enjoy!
