Truffle Chicken

This truffle chicken recipe is like no other. The Aleppo seasoning mixed with juices from the mushrooms gives your taste buds a run for their money. 


Ingredients:

- Momcavefoods Sour Lemon Pepper

- Momcavefoods Aleppo Pepper

- Chicken Breast (bone-in)

- Mushrooms

- Yellow onions

- Garlic cloves

- Parsley

- Olive oil

- Truffle Oil

- Salt


Directions:

Start by adding two bones in chicken breast in a pot with two cut onions, 1LB of baby bella mushrooms and 7 cloves of garlic. Add a quarter cup of water, 3 tablespoons of truffle infused olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Momcavefoods Mild Aleppo pepper.

Place lid on pan and let simmer for 45 mins on low heat. Once simmering, add 2LB of fingerling potatoes and 1 tablespoon of momcavefoods sour lemon pepper.

Wait 10 mins to mix again and flip chicken.

Once flipped, add 1 more teaspoon of momcavefood Mild  Aleppo and ½ tablespoon Momcavefoods Sour lemon Pepper. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat and top with parsley.
