This extraordinary recipe harmoniously blends the warmth of cinnamon with the delicate essence of roses, from our Rosie Delight blend, resulting the timeless charm of cinnamon and the enchanting allure of roses unite to create a banana bread that transcends ordinary expectations.
For the Banana Bread Delight-
3 Ripe Bananas
1 Medium Ripe Banana, whole (optional)
1 Egg, whole
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp of Almond Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp of Baking powder
1/2 Tsp of Baking soda
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp of Rosie Delight Blend, Mom Cave Foods
In a medium-sized bowl, add 3 peeled bananas and began to smash the bananas using a fork, until it has become a smooth consistency. Then, in the same bowl add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract, and 1/2 Tsp of Almond extract, mix to combine ingredients. Then, swift in 1 cup of flour, 1 Tsp of baking powder, 1/2 Tsp of salt, and 1 Tbsp of Rosie Delight blend, whisk all ingredients together as the batter slightly thickens.
Now, Pour the batter into a lightly oiled silicone loaf pan, make sure the batter is evenly disturbed by using a rubber spatula in a swirl motion all the way to the end of the batter. Next, cut 1 banana vertically to open the inside, then place the banana on top of the batter. Sprinkle 1/2 Tsp of Rosie Delight on top of the banana(optional but recommended for a better appearance).
Place the loaf pan into an already preheated oven at 375, for 60 minutes. Once the banana bread delight is out of the oven, allow it to cool for 30-50 minutes, then enjoy!
