- Green onions

- Sesame teriyaki
- Sweet chili sauce

Start by mixing in a bowl; Grated ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, sweet chili, sesame teriyaki. Then, mix sauce into the ground chicken (reserve ½ a cup for cooking).
Secondly, Chop mushrooms and garlic.
Add olive oil and onions to a pan and saute onions until golden and add 1 tablespoon sour lemon pepper. Saute the meat until cooked. Once sautéed, Add bell pepper, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Then Add the reserved sauce into the cooked chicken
Add peanuts to the food processor and pour into the chicken. Finish by topping of with parsley and serve in a bowl surrounding lettuce.
