Ella Kajoyan is a mom of three who grew tired of cooking dinners that came back untouched. So she turned to the flavors she grew up with in Armenian and Persian kitchens and started blending her own. Her busy-parent friends tried them, kept asking for more, and Mom Cave Foods was born.
