Refund Policy 

No refund or returns on any merchandise purchased, on sales or clearance sales or custom merchandise or using a promo code at will be given on any purchases. Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds due to any of these issues will not be granted.

Return & Refund Policy 
At this time, Mom Cave Foods will not accept returns for unopened and unused products for the safety of our staff and environment. We appreciate your understanding and support. If you receive products that are damaged during transit or received an opened product, please email us​ at ​ within 7 days of receipt​. We will need your order 
number, email associated with the order, and a picture of the damaged/opened item. We will be happy to ship you a replacement product or offer you a full refund. Once the email has been sent to us, please wait for our approval to return the product to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items.. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and paid for the shipping cost from the purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Mom Cave Food products purchased at a retail store or other resale location, please contact the seller regarding your return. Any purchases that have items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be refunded. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 
Mom Cave Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packaging confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mom Cave Foods will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Refunds due to lost or stolen packages will not be granted.
