Ingredients
For the watermelon feta salad -
1/2 of a seedless Watermelon, cubed
1/2 cup of Feta cheese block, crumbled
1/4 cup of Fresh Mint, sliced
For the Dressing –
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of Honey
1/2 of a lime, Freshly squeezed
1 Tsp of Sour Lemon Pepper seasoning, Mom Cave Foods
Directions
Step 1
First, cut straight across a watermelon, creating halves, set aside 1 half, and with the other, slice the watermelon into medium-sized cubes. Place the diced watermelon into a salad bowl, add 1/4 cup of sliced fresh mint, and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, 1 1/2 Tbsp of Freshly squeezed Lime juice, 1 Tbsp of honey, and 1 Tsp of Sour Lemon Pepper seasoning, mix together to combine.
Step 3
Pour the dressing on top of the watermelon mixture into the salad bowl and toss to combine flavors, crumble 1/2 cup of Feta cheese with your fingers into the same bowl and toss the watermelon feta salad again, serve and enjoy!
